How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data

Where your data is sent
Contact enquiries and guest chat replies may be screened by built-in form-trap, repeated-message and blocked-email checks. Suspicious conversations are retained in a spam inbox for staff review. These checks do not send your messages to an external spam-detection or AI provider.
Visitor country analytics
We use a browser cookie to measure visits by guests and signed-in clients. Our visitor analytics stores a hashed browser identifier, IP address, approximate country, visited page paths, and visit dates and times. While you are signed in, it also records your account ID and name with your visits. This helps authorized administrators understand website use and investigate service issues. The administrator visitor report displays this activity; it is not publicly accessible.
Page tracking excludes URL query parameters, passwords, payment details, message contents, sign-in pages, and staff browsing. Country is estimated locally on our server; we do not send visitor IP addresses to an external geolocation service or request GPS access. These analytics are stored in our own database, not a third-party analytics platform. Clearing cookies can cause the same browser to be counted again.
